    Madurai

    On arrival at Madurai met and welcome by our delegate. Move to the Hotel. Madurai is arranged on the banks of the waterway Vaigai. Madurai's history returns to the sixth century B.C. when it exchanged with Greece and Rome. As per legend, drops of nectar tumbled from Lord Shiva’s bolts on this site so it was named 'Madhuram', Madurai or nectar city. Acclaimed as a sanctuary town, Madurai is likewise a significant modern city.

    Madurai - Kanyakumari

    Early morning visit Madurai Meenakshi Temple. Madurai has created circling the Meenakshi sanctuary worked in the Dravidian style - one for Lord Shiva and the other for his companion Meenakshi. The sanctuary offers dazzling multicoloured perspectives. Outside are the melodic columns which produce distinctive 'swaras or notes when tapped.

    Kanyakumari Rameswaram

    Early Morning, watch the Sunrise from the Thriveni Sangamam. Return back to the hotel for breakfast, Checkout from the inn and drive to Rameswaram (375kms/7hrs). Rameswaram, is situated on Pamban Island isolated from terrain India by the Pamban channel and is around 50 kilometres from Mannar Island, Sri Lanka. It is arranged in the Gulf of Mannar, at the very tip of the Indian promontory. Pamban Island, otherwise called Rameswaram Island, is associated with terrain India by the Pamban Bridge. Together with Varanasi, it is viewed as perhaps the holiest spot in India to Hindus, and part of the Char Dham journey. As per Hindu folklore, this is the spot from where the Hindu god Rama built an extension, over the ocean to Lanka to protect his better half Sita from her abductor Ravana.

    Rameswaram Trichy

    Early Morning by 05.00 AM visits the Temple. Post darshan, back to the hotel for Breakfast. After Breakfast, visit Dhanuskodi (18kms/30-45mins) - the last not many miles will be available just by Four-wheel drive jeeps. Later visit Ramar Patham (Gandhamdhana Parvatham) - marble impression of Lord Rama, Agnitheertham - sacrosanct stretch of shallow ocean, it is believed that ruler Rama made this to extinguished the thirst of Sita by dunking the bow in the ocean water.

    Trichy - Mahabalipuram

    Post breakfast, Visit Srirangam Sri Renganathaswamy Temple. Later visit Rockfort Temple. Checkout from the lodging and drive to Mahabalipuram (300 kms/5hrs) On Arrival register to the hotel. Relax in the night at the hotel or spend time at the seashore.  Overnight stay at  Mahabalipuram

    Mahabalipuram - Chennai.

    After breakfast, explore the tinny Mahabalipuram. Visit Arjuna Penance, Five Rathas and Sea Shore Temple.

    Chennai Airport/Railway Station Transfer

    After Early breakfast, Departure move to Chennai Airport/Railway Station. In the event that you have night Flight/Train, the entire day is yours - Chennai is celebrated for Kanchipuram Silk Sarees, Aarani Silk and Mega Garment Stores one day isn't sufficient to visit the enormous stores. Inundate yourself into the shopping group to get the local feel. Later at night move to Airport/Central Railway Station so as to get the flight/train.
